In this course we will explore what self-compassion is and how it can increase our psychological wellbeing. We tend to be overly harsh and judgmental towards ourselves and it has a negative effect on our mental health. Self-compassion teaches us to treat ourselves in a kinder and more compassionate way and that can make us psychologically healthier and stronger and increase our quality of life. In this course participants will learn different ways to increase their self-compassion through exercises and methods they can use in their daily life.
