Mindfulness – the foundation
Practicing mindfulness meditation has numerous benefits for our health and wellbeing, for example it can lower symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, increase wellbeing and strengthen the immune system. In this course we will explore the foundations of mindfulness, what it is, where it comes from and how we do the practice. We will also learn about scientific studies on the benefits of the practice and do short meditation practice sessions together.
